No, they were not removed. Stop feeding misleading info. Tons of people on here keep saying that and it is not true at all. I have had one drop for me recently, and bought unids that had those mods on them as well. They only drop in Proph and Factions, but they do still drop.

As for PC on it, personally would be happy to get 10k for it....

Oh, I thought they had been removed. Sorry about that, I remembered seeing a thread about them a while back and thought that they were removed along with the unconditionals.
